Current Funded Research

The Cornell Institute for Digital Agriculture (CIDA) awards seed grant funding that helps to foster interdisciplinary, trans-college collaborations and practical innovations  in pursuit of a vigorous research agenda for Digital Agriculture (DA) for our local New York region and beyond.

With outstanding faculty, staff, and students in agriculture and life sciences, social science and business, computing and information science, engineering, and veterinary medicine, Cornell University is exceptionally well positioned to advance the concepts and tools of digital agriculture. These seed grants enable award winners to compete for other sources of funding that will advance research across the DA spectrum.
